Fantastic service and accommodation. Front desk went out of their way to help me ship an item by providing packing tape, tape measure, and my printed label. Rooms were massive, comfortable, and quaint. Thanks again

The restaurant, Rio Ranch, was very nice. I ate at the bar where the bartender, Lalo, was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Because of his demeanor, I will be returning on a regular basis. Thank you , again, Lalo, for everything.

Excellent location! Room was fresh and clean when I walked in, smelled good. Breakfast was awesome staff was attentive and professional. The standard 2 qbed rooms do not come with fridge or microwave. The shower drainage was very slow; filled up. Hot tub was not working at the time I stayed.

Just had a call with the front desk at Hilton. There was an error with my booking. I was extremely upset, as my card was charged for the room but I had no reservation. I got transferred to Justine at the front desk, shewas extremely patient with me and did everything she possibly could do to help, even though I was rude and upset. Her name is Justine Montoya. She is an outstanding asset to the Hilton. Thank you, Justine for being so professional, kind and attentive.

I stayed here in July 2025. I've stayed here before. It is a very convenient location for those traveling to Houston and calling on the Energy Corridor or Hwy 8 businesses. It is convenient to get to. The hotel looks dated from the outside, but it is Hilton appropriate. The decor matches the Hilton brand. Ample parking front and back and there is a decent restaurant attached. Not a part of the hotel but you can walk to it from the inside or order room delivery. The property has an outdoor pool which is kept up nicely. I found the hotel room and hall ways to be well managed and kept up. The experience was perfect for this visit. I would stay here again.

We stayed this weekend for a convention and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff. So friendly and professional! Muhammad at the bar was our absolute favorite!!! I’m am so incredibly impressed with the staff!!! One complaint, we along with several guests from our convention had no hot water. That was not ideal. But staff quickly made the necessary fix. Highly recommend a stay here!

I wanted to say thank you for making my birthday so special! What a lovely surprise it was to find balloons and a handwritten note from the staff in my room upon arrival. I stay at the Hilton Houston Westchase several times a year. Management makes me feel like family. Thy, at the front desk, provides exceptional customer service. Thank you for being my home away from home.

Check in was a little rough after a miscommunication with booking but the night as a whole ended up much better. The room was bigger than expected and the restaurant was amazing. The bartender was incredibly awesome and had great conversation. Thank you for making rough travels not so bad.
